The many amazing pumpkin varieties in blog land and on Pinterest is amazing. I love autumn and pumpkins. I decided to give some of these fabulous ideas a try.
This sweet pumpkin was only $1 at the Dollar Tree.
I wanted to make it very sparkly and fun. I purchased some Martha Stewart glitter paint and went right to work.I did not take long to see that this was not a full coverage paint and this baby would need a little more help to become a sparkly pumpkin.
I had this wonderful Rustoleum spray paint already and decided to use that as the base coat. It worked beautifully. I then did a couple of layers with the Martha Stewart Glitter paint.
Here it is all sparkly and glittery.
These chip board letters were in my stash and I decided to add them to the lovely pumpkin. I don't have a picture right now but I also added a small black crow for a finishing touch.I'm linking to:
