2011 Top 5

My favorite project of 2011 was the hutch transformation
This hutch belonged to my parents and I was so happy  to give it a new coat of paint and make it gorgeous.
Number 2 on the list is the Burlap Bulletin Board that had been on my to do list for far too long.
Number 3 is the fabulously spacious desk in our son's room.

Number 4 is the incredibly ruffled skirt for my niece.  It was so sweet and I had fun making it.

Number 5 is the PB inspired bed for our son's room.

I would love to hear which one is your favorite.

As I went back through the posts for 2011 I was elated at the number of projects I completed this year.  It was a productive year and I'm looking forward to more in 2012.

  3. Hi Ruth! Thank you so much for visiting and commenting my blog! :) I have been looking around yours and there is a lot of great things to see. The hutch transformation and desk definitely caught my eye, as they are both projects that I hope to accomplish in the near future!

  4. Hi Ruth,
I'm still around, peeking in now and then.....I loved all of your projects, but I have to say the hutch is my favorite too....you did such a great job and it's so pretty! I have a hutch and buffet that are in need of some serious work...you are inspiring me to be brave enough and maybe give it a try this spring. Hope you and your family have a great New Year!!

  7. I like the mall for different reasons! My son needs a desk like that. I have a hutch that need to be fixed up, and I wish my hips were smaller so I could wear a crocheted ruffled skirt!
